How to Re-Enable Mount Option in Windows 8:

Windows 8 comes with a great built-in feature to mount iso files. It is very easy to mount iso files using this feature.

Just right-click on any ISO file, then select mount option at the top.

In some cases like, when you install any 3rd party software to mount you won’t be able to find this built-in mount option.

If you want to mount the ISO file with this built-in feature, then follow these steps to re-enable the mount option.

Step 1: Right-click the ISO file and choose properties.

1Step 2: Click on change button.

2Step 3: Select the windows explorer from the list of applications.

4Step 5: Now right-click the ISO file then you will see mount option at the top.

5Now you can get this mount option back whenever you install any 3rd party softwares like disc image burning softwares.
